Watch cooking demonstrations, shop with the Chef for fresh ingredients at a local market, or enjoy an excursion to a local restaurant where an eminent chef reveals his talents. The Cultural Enrichment Guest Lecturers will have you spellbound with their stimulating discussions ad fascinating insights into the cultures of the regions you are visiting.
